Saturday morning to start things off, Matthew and I went to get massages. it was SOOOO Relaxing!! Then we went out to our friend Stacy's baby's birthday party! he turned 1 it was so cute! then Matthew had to work the rest of saturday and all day sunday. . . so he went off to work and i headed off to a Condo in Midway with my new friend Lainee! it was so much fun. there were 4 of us girls up there, we relaxed, watched a movie, went out for dinner, went swimming ;) and talked and hung out. it was so fun!
sunday afternoon i left the condo and headed over to my friend Stacy's cabin in Kamas. it was me, Stacy, Court and Chris and Danielle and their kids, it was so much fun! and the cutest little cabin. we made a fire, lounged around the cabing, the boys played horse shoes, Stacy made some yummy Steaks for dinner, we played a game and went to bed really late!
Monday we packed up fromt he cabin and headed down to this yummy burger joint "Dick's" it was delicious! and it was finally a really sunny day! we went our seperate ways. I headed to my mom's house to see what she was up to for the day and the POOL was opened! and it was 90 degrees!!! so i spent the day over there with my family swimming and soaking up the rays! Matthew came over when he got off work and played for a while. We ate some dinner and then headed out to see Star Trek! it was SOOOOO GOOD!! i loved it actually!!
Tuesday back to work. . . . real life is back in play :( but the weekend was such a nice and needed break! LOVED IT!
What a weekend! I can't believe you fit all that in! How fun to get away and just relax!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great weekend! You sure fit a lot in! We always eat at Dick's after hiking in the Uintas! Good luck with all of the decisions facing the two of you! I am sure something good will come of it! I hate making hard decisions! Let me know if I can help :)
